Description
High Temperature Masking Discs are made from a polyimide film – commonly referred to as Kapton Tape. Used for solder wave masking or electrical insulation, the High Temperature Masking Discs can withstand temperatures of up to 500°F/260°C. High dielectric strength and offers excellent performance in electrical and thermal insulation.

- 1.5 mil of Silicone adhesive which does not leave any residue
- Flame resistant
- Chemical resistant
- Offers easy release of disc for quick removal
- Custom sizes are available upon request
Specifications:
- Silicone PSA – 45μm
- Polyimide film – 25μm
- Temperature resistance: 240°C – 260°C
- 1,000 discs per roll in various diameters
